FRANGO FYRE
Privacy notice
Last updated: 19 September 2026
This notice explains how we handle personal information when you use the Frango Fyre franchise website, request a brochure or submit a franchise application.
Who is responsible
Frango Fyre is responsible for the franchise enquiries and applications submitted through this website. Write to us at 100 Friargate, Preston, PR1 2ED, United Kingdom. For privacy requests, email aadil@frangofyre.com.
What we collect
- When you request a brochure: your name, email address, phone number and preferred town or city.
- When you apply: your business or hospitality experience, proposed involvement, investment capital range, funding source, preferred location and reasons for applying.
- Records of our communications, the application or enquiry stage, administrator notes, email delivery status and relevant submission dates.
- Technical and security information needed to operate the site and prevent abuse, such as IP address, browser and request information processed by our website hosting and security provider. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check form submissions.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as health information, identity documents or bank account details, in the free-text application answers.
Why we use it
- To send the brochure you request, contact you about your enquiry and consider your application. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before potentially entering into a franchise agreement.
- To keep an internal record of the enquiry, manage reviews and protect the site against misuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in administering the franchise recruitment process and securing the service, balanced against your rights.
We do not use these forms to subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Decisions on franchise applications are reviewed by people; this website does not make solely automated approval decisions.
Who receives information
Authorised Frango Fyre staff can access submissions in the password-protected dashboard. Cloudflare provides website hosting, database storage and Turnstile security checks. Resend delivers brochure, application and administrator notification emails. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep franchise enquiries, applications and associated review notes for one year after your latest enquiry or application submission. We then delete or anonymise them, unless we need to keep particular information longer to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. A brochure's application link expires after 30 days; expiry of the link does not itself delete the enquiry. Our hosting and email providers may keep operational and security logs for their own service retention periods.
International transfers
Cloudflare and Resend may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their published Cloudflare data processing addendum and Resend data processing addendum describe contractual safeguards, including the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses where applicable. Email us if you would like more information about these safeguards.
Your choices and rights
Providing the details requested by the enquiry and application forms is voluntary, but we cannot send the brochure or assess an application without the necessary information. Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion or restriction, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact aadil@frangofyre.com to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Site security and cookies
The administrator dashboard uses a secure session cookie to keep authorised staff signed in. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect enquiry submissions from automated abuse. We do not add advertising trackers in this website's code. Your browser and Cloudflare may also store or process information needed for delivery and security.
Updates
We may update this notice if our franchise process, service providers or handling of information changes. The date above identifies the current version.
